Show money of the United States at the time ' of sale, at the County Courthouse in Farmington, Davis County, Utah, on March 13, at 12:15 p.m., of said day, for the purpose of foreclosing a trust deed executed by William R. Peters, Jr. and Shanna L. Peters, in favor of Frederick Ervin Dady and Joyce Darlene Dady, husband and wife as joint tenants, covering real property located at 107 South Dawson, Layton, Utah, and more particularly described as: Beginning 562.9 feet South from the Northwest comer of Section 28, Township 4 North, Range 1 West, Salt Lake Base and Meridian, and running thence East 173.92 feet, more or less, to the Westerly line of O.S.L. Right of Way; thence North 49 degrees 31 West 228.6 feet, more or less, along said right of way to the Westerly Wester-ly line of said Section 28; thence South 148.4 feet, more or less, to the point of Beginning. Beginn-ing. Together with: Beginning 562.9 feet South from the Northwest Nor-thwest corner of Section 28, Township 4 North, Range 1 West, Salt Lake Base and Meridian; Me-ridian; thence East 173.92 feet to the Westerly right of way line of railroad, thence South 49 degrees 31' East 77.01 feet; thence West 232.5 feet; thence North 50.00 feet to the point of Beginning.
