Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE ; The following described property will be sold at public auction to the ' highest bidder on the 20th day of February, 1990, at 10:00 a.m. at the north main door of the Davis County Courthouse located at 50 East State , Street, Farmington, Davis County, Utah for the purpose of foreclosing a Trust Deed executed by David D. Probert and Jacklyn O. Probert, as Trustor, in favor of Utah Housing Finance Agency, as Beneficiary, which Trust Deed was recorded October 9, 1980 as Entry No. 576637, in Book 843, at Page 357, of the official records of the Davis County Recorder, covering real property located at 1075 North 1390 West, Layton, in Davis County, State of Utah 84041, and more particularly described as follows: All of Lot 32, MARSHALL HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION, according to the official plat thereof, recorded in the office of the County Recorder of Davis County Notice of Default was recorded October 12, 1989 as Entry No. 871893, in Book 1317, at Page 557, of said official records. Successor Trustee will sell at public auction to the highest bidder, in cash, payable in lawful money of the United States, at the time of sale, without warranty as to title, possession, or encumbrances, the above-described property, for the purpose of paying obligations secured by said Trust Deed, including without limitation fees, charges, and expenses of Successor Trustee, and advances, if any, under the terms of said Trust Deed.
