Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder on the 13th day of February 1990, at 10:00 A.M., at the north entrance to the Davis County Court House at Main and State, Farmington, Farm-ington, Utah in the County of Davis, by OLYMPUS BANK, A FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK, fka PRUDENTIAL PRUDEN-TIAL FEDERAL SAVINGS & LOAN ASSOCIATION, as Trustee under the Deed of Trust made by RALPH J. TAURONE and THERESA K. TAURONE, as Trustors), and recorded August 23, 1977, as Entry No. 470746, in Book 664, at Page 949, of the Official Records of Davis County, State of Utah, given to secure an indebtedness in favor of OLYMPUS BANK A FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK by reason of the breach of certain obligations obliga-tions secured thereby. Notice of Default was recorded October Oc-tober 11, 1989 as Entry No. 871747, in Book 1317 at Page 310, of said Official Records. Trustee will sell at public auction to the highest bidder for cash payable in lawful money of the United States at the time of sale, without warranty as to title, possession posses-sion or encumbrances, the following described property at 2467 North Cheryl Way, in the City of Layton, County of Davis, State of Utah: LOT 100, OAK FOREST NO. 3, ACCORDING TO THE OFFICIAL PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE COUNTY RECORDER OF SAID COUNTY, for the purpose of paying obligations secured by said Deed of Trust including in-cluding fees, charges and expenses of Trustee, advances if any, under the terms of said Deed, and interest thereon as in said Note and by law provided DATED this 9th day of January, 1990. i OLYMPUS BANK, A FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK By: R.
