COMMITTEE FAVORS ALIEN PATROL PLAN WASHINGTON, Nov. Establishment Establish-ment of an effective coast and land patrol within the immigration service so as to guard against Hie unlawful entry of aliens jnto the United Slates was approved today by the house immigration immigra-tion committee, 'Which voted to include an appropriation of $2.r0,0un for this purpose in the bill changing numerous naturalization laws.. Inimigralion Commissioner Caniinetti recently urged the appropriation, point iug out that the Mexican border patrol force hud been greatly reduced by the curtailment of funds available during the war period.
