L. D. S. CHURCH WILL OBSERVE FAST DAY Fast day will be observed by the Ii. T. S. church today with services in all the wards at 2 o'clock this afternoon. A special spe-cial service for tourists will be held in the tabernacle this morning from 11 to 12 o'clock. The Sunday schools wUl convene at 10:30 a. m. and in the evening eve-ning special joint Mutual Improvement association progr;i;ns will be given in the wards at G:30 o'clock with snecial music mu-sic and speakers. President Anthon H. Lund and Presl-" dent Charles tV. Penrose will attend the dedicatory services of the new Richards ward chiipel today. Services will be held at 2 p. m. and 6:30 p. m. President Penrose will offer the dedicatory prayer. Several of the Mutual meetings In "the evening will take the form of Roosevelt memorial services. Mathonlhab Thomas will speak in the Seventeenth ward and Parley P. Jenson in the Eleventh ward.
