Show it BUILDERS IV ! MWm Bettilyon Company Opens Modern Offices South of Federal Building. With the company's now offices now moved to new quarters at 368-370 South Main street, officials of the concern report re-port a large visitation of friends and acquaintances and the public generally. The new offices are located on Main street immediately south of the post-office, post-office, where the Bettilyon company enjoys commodious and finely arranged office, with room enough to permit the handling of their rapidly growing business. Mr. Bettilyon declares that the splendid splen-did upbuilding of South Main street and the trend of business to that direction direc-tion was one cf the motives that actuated ac-tuated him in deciding on the location just south of the post ofico for- the company 's new quarters. with the coming of harvest time the members of the Bettilvon organization are having a busy tinie of it showing interested people over Val Verda, the beautiful tract of acre home sites, seven and one-half miles north of Salt Lake on the Centerville car line, where scores of Salt Lakers have purchased an acre, of gTound apiece, erected new homes and gone extensively into the raising of vegetables, fruits, ' nuts, chickens and other produce. This is really the first year of the cultivation of Val Verda and the yields that arc being harvested are little lit-tle short of phenomenal, according to officers of the Bettilyon company. Pumpkins, watermelons, cantaloupes, tomatoes, sweet corn and other vegetables vege-tables have yielded spler.didlv. Tomatoes are particularly fine and some record yields of cucumbers have been taken from Val Verda vines. "If there was ever a time for Salt Lakers to visit Val Verda and see with their own eyes how productive is the soil of' this tract, it is the present," declared Mr. Bettilyon yesterdav. "It is a beautiful sigtit to' walk through the streets of the tract and see what the gardens are producing and we extend ex-tend a cordial invitation for the public to ride out by street car to Val Verda and visit the vaiious gardens and homes on the tract." |
