Culmer. is aUso holding down the position, of general manager. i Mr. Culmer was plainly not in any danger dan-ger of finding- the "misehfef ' that is sup- : posed to lie in wait for "idle hands," as his desk was evidence that "late hours" were in store for the office force in order to clean up the mass of correspondence cor-respondence that was piled up before him.
