Show SOLDIER BOYS TO BE GIVEN FAREWELL Special to The Tribune. LOGAN, Sept. 15. Wednesday evening-President evening-President E. R. Owen, Mayor Roy Bullen and the exemption board, in behalf of the Commercial club, city and county, will tender a farewell dinner to the second contingent from Cache county which comes under the selective draft. The following are those who have been called and constitute 40 per cent of the quota from this county: William A.
