Show THREE M KILLED II MO EUREKA Caught Under Fall of Many Tons of Iron Ore in Dragon Workings. Three men were instantly killed yesterday yester-day when seveial tons of iron' ore fell upon them in tlie workings of the Dragon Consolidated mines at Eureka. The dead are: O. L. TTTTJS of SpringviUe, 40 years of age. WILLIAM NEWTON or Mona, 35 years of age. ALFHJjTJS BINGHAM of Spanish Fork, 32 years of age. Fred Maynard and Charles Bigler are the contractors for whom the men were working at tlie time. These contractors are taking out only the iron ore, of which the mine has a large quantity. The three mefi who were killed were , working under a mass of iron ore which they had previously loosened by a small blast, but which they did not know was so near falling. Suddenly the mass came down, burying them and killing all three instantly. Rescuers were immediately set 'to work and-soon had the bodies out, but in each case life was extinct. Alpheus Bingham had gone to Eureka only two days before and yesterday's work: was his second shift put in at the mine. Surviving him in Spanish Fork are his widow and three children. He lived temporarily at Mammotn. O. J J. Titus is survived by a widow and five children at SpringviUe. His temporary tem-porary home was at Mammotn. William Newton is survived by his widow and three children at Mona. He also resided temporarily at Mammoth.
