LOUISE BALL IS GIVEN LIBERTY The charge of murder preferred against Louise Ball for her alleged participation in the stabbing of Thomas Park at Bingham Bing-ham on January 13 was dismissed" yesterday yester-day by Frank B. Scott, justice of the peace. The court held that the state had failed to estani?h' Intent of murder in the mind of Mrs. Ball in her action of providing1 the knives with which G. B. Sutton and J. C. Setzer are alleged to 'have killed Park. The defense was that the knives were given to the two men by Mrs. Ball as a means of self-protection. Both Sutton and Setzer have been ordered or-dered held for trial before tho district ! court. The three were jointly charged and the hearing was joint, the court taking tak-ing the case of the woman under advise- j merit at its conclusion and giving a de- I cision In her favor yesterday. |
