WATER METER RATE MAY BE INCREASED The report submitted last October by City Auditor E. A. Bock to the effect that the water meter rate of the city is so low that It results in loss to the city was reported back from the committee of the whole yesterday morning by. the citv commission. During numerous discussions of the Question in the committee of the whole meetings of the city commission it was practically agreed that raising of the meter rates will ultimately be necessary, though no possible action of the sort was reflected in the reporting back of Mr. Bock's communication.
