Show REINCORPORATION IS ASKED FOR BINGHAM Special to The Tribune. BTXGrTAI, Feb. 14. That Bintrham should be reincorporated as a town of the second class, in order that she might have absolute control over tier own schools, was the opinion expressed by Mavor F. E. Straup at a mass meeting at "the Commercial club here last night. Archie Sturat gave an interesting history his-tory of the development of the Commercial Commer-cial club.
