Show HUMOR TO REIGN AT BRIGHAM CITY "Who Did It, or Why?" Will Present Ludicrous Side of Many Social Situations. "Who Did It, or Why?" a dramatical dramati-cal travesty written by Briant 8'. Young, will bo presented in Brigham City next Wednesday afternoon and evening by tho Boxeldor Commercial club. The play will be intended to givo a roviow of the present political situation in Brigham City. Tue lines abound in clever and witty sayings and tho plot deals with business and political politi-cal conditions. Many humorous thrusts will be aimed at the city "dads," the officers ,and members of the club and prominent peoplo of the citv. There are throe acts, tho first being a scene of the pine grove whero a pro-election picnic is given by the candidate for mayor. The second act is a scene of the main streot in front of tho postoffice tho day of election, and the third is tho office of tho mayor after election. There aro about fifteen characters in the play, which have been assigned to members of tho club. Thor are three "leading lad3" parts, each of which is assumed by a man. Thoso who have attended tho rehearsals say the piece is a scream, and that it will becomo ro-j ro-j nowned in Brigham City business and social circles by its aptueBS, cleverness and portrayal. |
