Show WASHOUTS CUT OFF I ALL COMMUNICATION Communication with Lkjs Angeles, either by rail or wiro, was cut off practically prac-tically all day yesterday as a result of washouts on tho Salt Lake Route and tho Southern Pacific and Santa Fe roads. Telegraphic communication over the wires of the Salt Lako Route was restored re-stored at a late hour last night, but communication over commercial wires Is not yet restored, Heavy rains washed out Homo rip-rapping rip-rapping and bridge approaches on the Salt Lako Route between Acoma and Callente. The westbound trains over the line arc stalled at Acoma and the east-bound east-bound trains at Callente. Both lines of the Southern Pacific between Sun Francisco Fran-cisco and L.os Angoles are out as the result of the heavy rains.
