Fourteen horses were put out of work when Charles Reilley, local distributor for the Lemp Brewing company, purchased two two-ton Packard trucks to handle the Elk Liquor company's service in distributing the Lemp products. According to Mr. Reilley, the truck service is fully 100 per cent more satisfactory than the horse delivery. "The trucks are cheaper to maintain,!' said Mr. Reilley yesterday. "Besides they are efficient at all times, carry heavier loads and give much faster service."
