The Butte & Ely shareholders, say reports re-ports from the meeting, are by no means satisfied with the terms of the proposed merger, terms which '.Mr. Cole assured them were decided upon and are as given out. Butte & Ely stockholders have been very Impatlont for finite a time. The control of the company Is held by the Giroux ami Butto & Ely has been pretty much neglected all along.
