NEW COMPANY WILL WORK IN PARK CITY The articles of Incorporation of the Repeat Mining company will be filed In the office of the secretary of state tomorrow, to-morrow, the company foelnc capitalized for $500,000, divided into 500,000 shares of stock, par vnlue SI each. D. V. Palmer is president. J. E. Tenney vico president, Lee Chrlstopherson secrcV-ry and treasurer treas-urer and A. B. Law general manager. These, with M. P,. Lyon, Benjamin Rose and Peter Frost, complete the board of directors. The property of the company consists of four patented claims in the Park City district, located east of ths Ontario No. 2. The claims in the early days were producers of hlcrh-srrade gold oro and there Is one shaft 250 feet In depth. The new officials will start during the new week cleaning out and rctlmberinsr this shaft and a comprehensive campaign of development work will be launched without with-out delay.
