OCR Text	Show PLANNING TO BUILD HOT SPRINGS RESORT Old Dunyon Farm Near Draper Is Selected, as Site by Utah Country Club. Plans 'for an elegant hot springs resort re-sort ou the Midland trail near Draper, nineteen miles south of Salt Lake, are being made by tho Utah Country club, which has .-just 'been organized. The property upon which the proposed clubhouse club-house will be built is tho old Dunyon estato, consisting of 333 acres. On 'this property is a large lake and several hot springs. It is proposed to put eighty acres into park land and erect a laTge clubhouse, club-house, cquippod with modern conveniences. conveni-ences.
