According1 to the Ogden delegates who have Just returned from the annual convention of the Intermountain Inter-mountain Good Roads association In Boise. Prof. Richard R. Lyman of the University of Utah made tho keynote speech of the meeting when ho advocated advo-cated dirt rouds botween Ogden and Boise. The local delegates agree heartily with tho university professor that If tho people wait for a macadamized road over such a great distance the Improvement will not be enjoyed by this generation.
