Show Army Orders. WASHINGTON, June 14. The depot quartermaster at Philadelphia will proceed pro-ceed to Ambler. Pa., for inspection of building material. Following promotions of officers of cavalry cav-alry are ordered: Captain Oren B. Meyer, unasslgned. to major Fourteenth cavalry: First Lieutenant Lieu-tenant William A. Austin. Tenth cavalry, to captain Third cavalry; Second Lieutenant Lieuten-ant Charles L. Stevenson, Fifteenth cavalry, cav-alry, to first lieutenant Fifteenth cav- Special orders of May. 10 to Second Lieutenant Millard F. Harmon. Jr.. Ninth Infantry, revoked. Second Lieutenant Filber P. Strellngor. Twenty-eighth Infantry, Is transferred to the Thirteenth Infantry, elective Au- Following transfers at the request of officers concerned are ordered: Captain James N. Pickering from Third infantry to Sixth Infantry: Captain G. Arthur Hadsell from Sixth Infantry to Third infantry. First Lieutenant Albert G.
