RICHTER PREDICTS INCREASE IN SALES According to a statement made yesterday yes-terday by A. IBichter, a Salt Lake real estate dealer, the present outlook for great strides in tho sale of city property in tho future is very gratl-iying, gratl-iying, although the number of sales and inquiries aro not as heavy as the' would havo been had the season not been so late. Mr. RIchter says that Salt Lake City residence property will never again be as low as it is at the present time, and as there is bound to be a quick reaction in the near future, fu-ture, it behooves those who wish to make investments to do their buying beforo prices begin to advance. Although Al-though his sales havo not been as large as he would wish, he sa3's that he is doing as much as other real es feito dealers throughout the city.
