Show Boys Wreck Car Dal Seeley, son of Wallis Seel-ey; Seel-ey; Slade Mathews and Kent Remington Rem-ington were' on their way Saturday evening to Victory Park in Roosevelt Roose-velt when their car overturned out of Altamont. Slade Mathews suffered suf-fered a broken arm, and the damage dam-age on the car was estimated at $500. The icy roads of the past week caused' another car accident, this one' on River Hill, Saturday evening. eve-ning. Ted Fisher and Med Allred had a head-on collision, in which the cars were badly damaged. Neither driver was hurt, however. Mr. and Mrs. Edgar Mile's and Mr, and Mrs'. Marlin Lott returned recently from visiting the Miles' daughter, Viva, and her husband Mr. and Mrs. Edwin Clegg and daughter, Jean, in San Diego. They took a sight-seeing trip to Ensen-ada, Ensen-ada, Mexico and Tijuana; and returned re-turned via Los Angeles, wheTe they visited with Edga Miles' brother, J. C. Miles. In Palo Alto they stopped to visit Mrs. Miles' sister and family, Mr. and Mrs. Dave Williams. |
