SNOW MEASUREMENTS SHOW ABOVE AVERAGE MOISTURE Figures released by the Roosevelt Roose-velt office of the Soil Conservation Conserva-tion Service today indicate that n Feb. 1 the depth and water content of the snow at Paradise Park and on Mosby Mountain are considerably above average. At Paradise Parkj, elevtion 10,500 't, the snow depth is 55.4 inches, with a water content of 14.9 in. This compares with a snow depth f 32.1 in. and water content of 6-5 in. on Feb. 1 last year. The id average of this snow course is in. of snow with a water intent of 7.1 in. The water con-leit con-leit is 207 of average. At the lower Mosby Mountain course, elevation 9,500 fU the snow depth is 45.0 in. with a water content of 11.3 in. Last year on 1, the snow depth was 28.4 t. with a water content of 6.0 in.
