Visitors in Tridell Sunday were Mr. and Mrs. Ben Slaugh from Vernal and Orville Swain from Lapoint. Mrs. Charles Glines had a minor operation at the Roosevelt Hospital Hos-pital last week, A group of young people of the MIA went to Lapoint Thursday night to practice the songs for the Speech - Music Festival. LaRae Caldwell, stake MIA music director di-rector from Vernal was there to help teach these songs. Mr. and Mrs. Charles Glines and Alice went to Vernal Sunday night to attend a farewell testi monial for Ralph Olsen prior to his leaving for the West Central ' States Mission. Miss Loye Goodrich, who has employment in Provo, spent the weekend visiting with her parents, the Darrell Goodrichs, Mrs. LaWanna Oman and son from Salt Lake have been visiting during the past week at the Charles Glines home. Mr. and Mrs. Owen Goodrich were visitors in Roosevelt Sunday night. Mr, and Mrs. Leonard Horrocks were visitors in Tridell Saturday night. Flora Harvey is now in Colorado Springs receiving special training on tuberculosis. |
