Show Mrs. Bill Patry returned from Salt Lake City last Wednesday after being with her daughter, Carpi, who underwent an operation opera-tion for appendicitis in the LDS Hospital. She is now out of the hospital recuperating. Mr. and Mrs. Presley Timothy received word last week that their son, Wayne, had undergone an emergency appendectomy. He resides in Seattle, Wash, Mr. and' Mrs. Muse' Harris received re-ceived word of a new grandson, born to Norma and Joseph Quinn in the Dee Hospital at Ogden, Jan. 22. The Quinns live in Roy. and have one other son. Congratulations Congratula-tions to all concerned. Mr. and Mrs. Rex Curry have purchased the Ray E. Dillman home and will' move into it when the Dillmans depart for Hawaii, where President Dillman has been appointed president of the Hawaiian Hawai-ian LDS Temple and director of the Information Bureau on the Islands. Is-lands. Mrs. George Taylor returned Monday from Las Vegas, Nevada, where she visited with her daughter daugh-ter and son-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. David Lunt and baby. Congratulations to the John Chas-els, who are the proud parents par-ents of a baby girl, born Jan. 20 at the' Roosevelt Hospital. The little Miss weighed 9 lbs. 13 oz. at birth. Her name is "Kathleen" and she arrived home from the hospital Jan. 24 to be greeted by her father and brother, John Stewart. Elated grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. George Stewart and Mr. Jerry Chasel of Neola. Mrs. Lyle' Butcher underwent an operation in the Roosevelt Hospital Hospit-al Jan. 23. She was released last Friday and is now recuperating at the home of her sister and brother-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. K. H. Bullock, in Salt Lake City. |
