This largest department store in the 5-Points 5-Points Shopping Center first opened a store in Bountiful Boun-tiful in March 1963. A reputation built on selling name brand products at reasonable prices was quickly quick-ly established 20 years ago and people still consider a purchase made at Keith O'Briens to be money wisely spent. THE KEITH O'Brien's store occupies 25,000 square feet of selling area. Nineteen employees offer dependable service to customers. Included in this department store is space for shoe sales, jewelry and accessories, domestics, gift wares and luggage, coats, dresses and ladies sports wear, men's wear, boy's wear, children's wear and custom drapery service. THE GIFTWARE section of the store offers a good selection of crystal, stone wear and many items suitable for wedding gifts and other occasions. Labor free service in the custom drapery department depart-ment makes this sales portion of the business one of the most popular. Customers bring window measurements mea-surements into the store. J One reason for Keith O' Brien's 20-year success in Bountiful is the number of services offered, as demonstrated by Helen Christensen. "WE HAVE the best lay-away program in the country. We have no carrying charges and no interest in-terest on lay-away purchases," Mr. Sexton states. "This policy attracts many customers to our store." Three charge account programs are available to customers. Master Charge Cards and Visa Cards are accepted by Keith O'Briens. If customers choose, they can receive a credit line through the company's independent charge account program. THE POLICY of continually placing quality merchandise mer-chandise on special "sales" is another reason Keith O'Briens is a well patronized store. Mr. Sexton believes his co-workers are anxious to keep the 20 year reputation Keith O'Briens has established in Bountiful in top shape.
