Show Antelope Island Boat Slips Available April 9 The 78 boat slips at Antelope Ante-lope Island State Park mariana will become available to boaters boa-ters at 8 a.m., April 9, according accord-ing to Mitch Larsson, Park Superintendent. Su-perintendent. "APPLICATION for slips must be made in person at the Antelope Island State Park office. Allocation of boat slips, and establishment of a waiting list, if necessary, will be made on a first-come, first-served basis," said Larsson. Applicatns will be required to complete a slip rental contract con-tract and pay the 1983 season slip rental fee in advance. Slip rental fees are based upon slip length - overnight (noon to BOAT SLIPS will be allocated allo-cated as follows: 40 percent of the slips on an open ended year-to-year basis; 50 percent on a year-to-year, first-come, first-served basis; and 10 percent per-cent for transient use, not to exceed 14 days in an 30-day period. Superintendent Larsson said "We expect to have a large number of boaters apply for slips. To accommodate those who may want to secure a place in line early, the park will be open the evening before the application date and a park ranger will be on duty to provide pro-vide assistance.
