Show LEGAL NOTICE Petition No.83-4 Please take notice that the Bountiful Board of Adjustment Adjust-ment will hold a public hearing on TUESDAY, April 12, 1983 at 7:00 P.M. or as soon thereafter thereaf-ter as the matter can be heard, in the Bountiful City Council chambers, 790 South 100 East, Bountiful, Utah. The purpose of this hearing will be to determine the interest in-terest in and ascertain the advisability advi-sability of approving or disapproving dis-approving the following variance request to the Bountiful Bounti-ful zoning ordinance: Permission to divide two lots into three lots with two of the three lots having a lot width at the thirty (30) ft. front yard setback line of sixty (60) feet. Ordinance requires a minimum lot width of eighty (80) feet at said setback line. (This is the third case submitted to the Board of Adjustment involving this property). The property in question ques-tion is Lot 14 and 18, , Woodlr.nd Hills Estates Subdivision and Woodland Wood-land Hills Estates Plat II. Street addresses will be 919 E.. 921 E. 675 South. The public is invited to attend and voice opinion either for or against approving or disapproving dis-approving this request. If you cannot attend, please feel free to voice opinion either in writing writ-ing or by agent or attorney.
