Show Softball Umpire's Clinic The Utah Amateur Softball Association has scheduled two dales for their spring softball clinics. The first clinic is set for Saturday. March 26 at 9 a.m. at the Bountiful Armory. The second one is scheduled on Saturday. April 9 at the Bountiful Boun-tiful Armory also at 9 a.m. ANYONE interested in attending the clinic for the purpose pur-pose of gaining knowledge of the new rules, and mechanics, and have no desire to officiate professionally, will be charged only $3. Many of the LDS Church Stakes are asking their officials to attend this clinic, since all church games play under the ASA rules. Those who wish to officiate professionally, may also register regis-ter at the time of the clinic. THE ASA handles all officiating offi-ciating for the Davis County Ladies and Men's programs and all of Layton city programs, prog-rams, so there should be plentv of opportunities of working games.
