GRADE HALF MILE FOR $7.50 Riley County, Kansas, Outfit Did th Work In On Day Thre Men War Necessary. One traction engine, on road grader, and three men graded a half mile of road In one day. This waa accomplished accom-plished on a Hlley county road at a cost of $7 10, say Kansaa Industries.
