Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS The following applications have been filed with the State Engineer to change and appropriate water in Iron County throughout the entire year unless otherwise designated. Locations in SLB&M. a-10078 ( 73-2379) Michael Savage, PO Box 1325, Cedar City, UT proposes to change the point of diversion, place, and nature of use of 2.0 ac. ft. out of a total of 307.62 ac. ft. of water as evidenced by deeded portion A-15265, Change Appl. a-6265 (73-570). The water has been diverted from a 14 inch well, 561 ft. deep at a point N. 1830 ft. E. 1300 ft. from the SW Cor. Sec. 23, T37S, R12W; and used for stockwatering 1300 sheep, 10 cattle, and 2 horses; and used Apr. 1 to Oct. 31 for the irrigation of 75.0 acs. in W'-.NW'ij, WiSW4 Sec. 23, T37S, R12W. Hereafter, 2.0 ac. ft. of water is to be diverted from a 6-inch well, 150-250 ft. deep at a point N. 870 ft. W. 350 ft. from the SE Cor. Sec. 27, T36S, R13W (14 miles W Cedar City); and used for the domestic purposes of one family and stockwatering 2 horses; and used Apr. 1 to Oct. 31 for the irrigation of 0.3025 acs. in SEViSEVi Sec. 27, T36S, R13W. a-10079 (73-2380) F. Bryant Leigh, 1800 N. 3900 W., Cedar City, UT proposes to change the point of diversion, place, and nature of use of 2.5 ac. ft. out of a total of 6.91 ac. ft. of water as evidenced by underground un-derground Water Claim 6935, Change Cert, a-192 (73-1652) (73-1652) and (73-2017). The water has been diverted from a well at a point N. 35 ft. W. 85 ft. from S'4 Cor. Sec. 19, T35S, R11W; and used for the supplemental stockwatering of 3 horses, 229 cattle, and 75 sheep in SE14SW14 Sec. 19, T35S, R11W. Hereafter, 2.5 ac. ft. of water is to be diverted from an 8-inch well, 200-400 ft. deep at a point N. 2120 ft. E 5 ft. from the SW Cor Sec. 29, T35S, R11W (5 miles NW of Cedar); and used for the domestic purposes of one family and stockwatering 30 cattle and 95 sheep in WMSMiSWV4 Sec. 29; EV2SE14 Sec. 30, T35S, R11W; and used Mar. 15 to Oct. 31 for the irrigation of 0.10 acs. in NWViSWVi Sec. 29, T35S, R11W. E. 660 ft. 7) N. 10 ft. W 660 ft.; both from the SE Cor. bee. 26; 8) N. 1320 ft. E. 660 ft. 9) N. 10 ft. W. 660 ft.; both from the SW Cor. Sec. 25; all in T32S, R8W (7 mi. N. Paragonah); and used for the domestic purposes of 3 families and stock-watering 200 cattle and 2000 sheep; and from Apr. 1 to Oct. 31 for the irrigatio of 320.0 acs. in W'zSW1 Sec. 25, SEV4 Sec. 26, NV2SE4 Sec. 27, T32S, R8W. Protests resisting the granting of these applications ap-plications with reasons therefore must be filed in duplicate with the State Engineer, 442 State Capitol, SLC, UT 84114, on or before May 27, 1978.
