Members of the Cedar City High School Money Tawa shown above, will present a special talent review on Wednesday, May 3. The event is scheduled for the Cedar High School gymnasium at 8 p.m. MoheyTawa featured in Special Program Mitzi Morris, President, Jilynn Neilson and Sydney Warren. Junior members of Mohey are: Colleen Coleman, Nancy Daniels, Wendi Dean, Julie Dawn Esplin, Michelle Gardner, DeAnn Green, Barbara Jones, Lori Jones, Marsha Kupier, Joanna Rosenberg, Sandra Sharp, Ellen Wheeler, and Lori Yates. The committee for the review is: Jilynn Neilson, Rachel Henderson. Joanna Rosenberg,, and Carol Bishop as advisor. On May 3, Mohey Tawa will be presenting a special program featuring many of the talented groups and individuals at Cedar Hgih. With the assistance of the CHS Jazz Band, directed by Larry Wright, Mohey will perform many of their previous marches to tie up the 1977-78 school year. A supporting resident of Cedar City, Kent Peterson, will be master of ceremonies. The program will also include the Madrigals, under the direction of Shirley Roper, and the hoe-down musical group, Country Fiddle directed by June Larsen. Individual efforts will be contributed by Lana Smith, Lori Yates, Effie Jane Sorenson, and Debbie Davis. Mohey Tawa will be presented in a candle ceremony by their excorts after a brief review of their year as a drill team. The public is invited and encouraged to attend the program on Wednesday, May 3 at the gym. The program will begin at 8 p.m. and the price will be 50 cents per person, or $2.00 per family.
