Featured guest speaker will be Rudger McArthur, director of utilities for St. George City and secretary-treasurer for the Washington County Water Conservancy Con-servancy District. Topic of discussion will center around environmental problems facing the Warner Valley project, Chamber Executive Secretary Garth Jones said, with insight likely into the Woundfin Minnow controversy and "WTiat's next for southern Utah development" Rudger also serves as Executive Secretary for the Lower Gunlock Reservoir Corporation, and Vice Chairman for the Santa Clara River Water Users. Association. His responsibilities include watching wat-ching over St. George's power and culinary systems.
