OCR Text	Show Parowan 1st Changes made in Bishopric PAROWAN - The Parowan First Ward Bishpric was changed alst Sunday, with Gene Carter released from his position as counselor, Carter is moving with his family to Preston, Idaho. Willis Robinson was released as 2nd Counselor and sustained as 1st Counselor, James E. Green w'i sustained as 2nd Counselor. Ronald K. Smith was retained as Bishop. President Hanks also released Green as Elders Quorum president and Wayne Stubbs was sustained to fill that position.
