OCR Text	Show Softball League Organizes An organizational meeting of the Cedar City Softball Association will be held May 1, and all those interested in participating are encouraged en-couraged to attend. The meeting is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. at the Cedar City offices on 300 West Street. Cliff Reese, Wayne Mifflin and Mike Peterson, board members from last year will conduct the meeting. They indicated that new officers would be elected and plans made for the upcoming season, "Last year we had eight teams participating and we are hoping for another eight team league this year," Reese said. The Softball League has grown to be one of the outstanding out-standing summer recreation programs in the community. It affords opportunity for participation for nearly everyone interested, Reese commented.
