Williams, will celebrate her "Lucky" birthday this year on Friday the 13th when she will be 13 years old. Just to prove that she is not one bit superstitious about all of this Cynthia is celebrating with a birthday -party at her lovely new home early Friday evening. Party appointments will be in keeping with the "Lucky" theme, and she has invited 13 of her girl friends to be present and help her blow out the 13 candles on her birthday cake. The guests will be served buffet supper when they arrive. Cynthia is a student at the Cedar Ce-dar Junior High School and is talented In music. X
