Show Installation Banquet Fetes New Jaycee-Ette President - . 1 ; i "' ' '. " ' , . . i- : '.--i : . A 1 - . V' ""J , i ? y' 'H" MARY HEYBORNE Installation banquet of the Cedar Ce-dar City Jaycee Ettcs was held Wednesday evening at Milt's Stage Stop with ouoing president presi-dent Ann Hansen conducting the highly interesting meeting. The announcement of winners for offices for the 1955-56 year was the big event of the evening. Mary Ileyborne was elected to the helm of the organization and she accepted the gavel, symbol of authority in the organization, from Mrs. Hansen in an impressive impres-sive ceremony. Other officers elected to serve during the coming year include. Pat Rollo, vice president; Emma Lou Hardy, secretary; La Von Wayman, treasurer; barbar Dim-ick, Dim-ick, reported, and Delores Webster Web-ster and Jean Anderson, to the board of directors. Completing the board for the coming year will be Mrs. Hansen Han-sen as immediate past president; Betty Macfarlane .and Wanda Sevy, holdover board members. Carma Lunt is the outgoing vice president, Mrs. Rollo, secretary; secre-tary; Marba Sandberg, treasurer; treasur-er; Mrs. Heyborne, publicity, and Elaine Averett, Jeri Cripps, Mary Morris and Wanda Thompson, as board members Mrs. Hansen was presented a lovely gift from the membership as a token of appreciation for a job well done and the outgoing outgo-ing president, in turn, presented small gifts to members of the outgoing board who had served under her administration. |
