Show SUP Officials Tell Route Of Week End Journey Preparations are completed for the tour to be taken this week end by the Sons of the Utah Plo-ineers, Plo-ineers, according to Clifton Chat-I Chat-I terley, president. The group will leave Cedar Citv I Saturday morning at 7 and will make the excursion through Hur-jricane, Hur-jricane, Short Creek, and Pipe 'Spring National Monument, ar- riving at the monument at about '9:30 a. m. Those who do not want to make the excursion through Short CreeK have been advised to travel to Kanab and Fredonia. This route will make (most of the trip on oil surfaced .roads, it was pointed out. From Pipe Spring the caravan will travel on the Bull Rush road and plans to arrive at ToroweaD approximately 2 hours later. This road, It was pointed out, is a graded road and recommenda-jtion recommenda-jtion for travel by pickup or old-icr old-icr model cars has been made by the S U P officers. From Toroweap, where the group will camp Saturday evening, eve-ning, the tour will continue through Bundyville (Mt. Trum-ble) Trum-ble) to St. George and return home. Members who are making the excursion will be responsible for their own food and bedding, water wa-ter supplies and any car equipment equip-ment that might be necessary, such as extra oil and fuel.
