Show INVITATION FOR BIDS The Ute Indian Housing Authority will receive bids for construction of fifteen Mutual Help homes located on the Uintah-Ouray Reservation Reserva-tion in subdivisions and scattered sites, until 2:00 p.m., local time, on the 4th day of March 1980, at the office of the Housing Authority, Ft. Duchesne, Utah, at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Proposed forms of contract con-tract documents, including in-cluding plans and specifications, are on file at the office of the architect ar-chitect at 560 South 100 West, Provo, Utah. Copies of the documents may be obtained ob-tained at the office of the architect. A deposit of $100.00 will be required for each set of documents so obtained. Such deposit will be refunded for each set of documents returned return-ed in good condition within ten (10) days after bid opening. A certified check or bank draft, payable to the Utah Indian Housing Authority, U.S. Government Govern-ment bonds, or a satisfactory satisfac-tory bid bond executed by the bidder and acceptable sureties In an amount equal to five percent (5 i of the bid shall be submitted submit-ted w ith each bid. The successful bidder w ill be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory performance and payment pay-ment bond or bonds.
