Mr. Archie McConkie returned home on Sunday after spending two weeks at the St. Mark's Hospital in Salt Lake City. Ci-ty. Mr. and Mrs. Dennis Williams and children from Rock Springs, Wyoming, spent the weekend at the home of their parents, the Larvin Atwoods. Mr. Dee Jenkins left Monday evening, even-ing, Feb. 11, for Sacramento, California, Califor-nia, where he will spend several days in training sessions for the Federal Land Bank. Mr. and Mrs. Dee Jenkins went to Provo for a meeting and a dinner honoring honor-ing an officer who was taking a leave of absence. Elmer Moon from Duchesne visited at the Dee Jenkins home during the week. Mr. and Mrs. Sam Thompson have returned from a trip to Casa Grande. Arizona, where they visited with Kenneth Ken-neth and Georgeanna Snow. The Ralph and Barbara McConkie family have moved to Dry Fork Canyon. Ca-nyon. They live west of Illiff and Fern Gardner. Geraldine Carroll accompanied Telintha Rasmussen from Ballard and Clara Timothy from Roosevelt to Meeker, Colorado, Saturday where they visited with I la Ray Stewart. Mrs. Leland Carroll attended the funeral for Jennifer Good Howell in Salt Lake City February 6. Mrs. Howell worked for the office of Social Services while living in Vernal. Mr. and Mrs. Kent Smith and children from Ogden visited with his parents the Leland Carrol Is for a few days.
