"Rock Springs is rated number one in the state of Wyoming when we went into that dual meet and they are probably still number one in Wyoming even though they got beat by an out of state team. Billy Bedell's contest was a good match. He did an outstanding job. We needed at least a major decision so that if Cobbs was pinned in the heavyweight match we would still gain a tie in the meet.
