McKeachnie, Vernal attorney, was one of six Utah attorneys and professors speaking in a seminar entitled "Advising "Advis-ing Your Oil and Gas Client", sponsored by the Utah State Bar at the Salt Lake Hilton Hotel, Friday, Fri-day, December 7. Mr. McKeachnie's topic was "Relations Between Bet-ween Oil and Gas Operators and Land Owners". Other topics included in-cluded taxation of oil and gas interest, state and federal oil and gas leasing, leas-ing, and oil and gas title searches. The seminar was organized and presented by the Oil and Gas Committee Com-mittee of the Natural Resources section of the Utah Bar Association.
