I IT 84039 Notice is hereby given that at a meeting of the Board of Directors held on the 9th day of Nov. 1979, an assessment of $3.00 per share was levied on the outstanding stock of the Company plus $10.00 per shareholder for office expenses, payable on or before the 22nd day . of Dec. 1979 to the. secretary at Star Route, Lapoint, Utah 84039. Any stock on which the assessment may remain unpaid on the day above fixed for payment will be delinquent and advertised advertis-ed for sale at public auction, auc-tion, and unless payment is made before will be sold on the 22nd day of Jan. 1980 to pay the delinquent delin-quent assessment together with the cost of advertising and expense of sale.
