Show AN ORDINANCE NARROWING NAR-ROWING THAT l'OK-TIO.N l'OK-TIO.N OF 200 FAST STREET THAT EXTENDS EX-TENDS BETWEEN 100 SOUTH STKFFT AM) MAIN STKFFT ORDINANCE NO. 7-I 1 WHEREAS, the best interests in-terests of the City would be served by the narrowing narrow-ing of a portion of the hereinafter described street, and WHEREAS, the provisions provi-sions of the Utah Code Annotated An-notated (1953) Sections 10-8-8.1 and 10-8-8.5 have been complied with, and WHEREAS, the sole property owner abutting the streets to be narrowed has petitioned to the narrowing nar-rowing of a portion of said street: NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF VERNAL CITY, UTAH: Section 1 : l)erriplinn. The following described area is hereby vacated and the street narrowed, to-wit: Eight (8) feet on the west side of that portion of 200 East Street that extends ex-tends between 100 South and Main Streets. Section 2: . Fff-ni Dun-. This ordinance shall take effect as provided pro-vided by law on the expiration ex-piration of the twentieth day following publication. Passed this 7 day of Nov., 1979.
