Show Funeral Services Held For Ray D. Grimshaw Funeral services were held In the ?ummit Ward Chapel Monday Mon-day afternoon for Ray Grimshaw, 83, who died June 25 at the Valley Val-ley View Medical Center of causes caus-es incident to age. He was born June 12. 1881 at Beaver to Duckworth Duck-worth and Mary Jane Moyes Grimshaw. He married Hannah M. Farrow, April 18, 1918 in the St. George Temple, Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Bishop Ivan Dalley conducted the services and was the first speaker. Talks were also given by George D. Grimshaw and Raymond Farrow. The prayer with the family was given by Elton El-ton Richardson. The invocation was offered by George W. Grimshaw Grim-shaw and the benediction by Conrad Grimshaw. Harold Smith dedicated the grave. Burial was in the Surrrr.lt cemetery. The prelude and postlude music mu-sic was played by Miss Shirley Farrow who also accompanied the Singing Mothers who sang the opening and closing songs, "Sometime We'll Understand" and Rest, Rest for the Weary.' i George D. Grimshaw and son, David, sang a duet, accompanied j by Maureen Grimshaw and Mrs. I Florene Sherratt and daughter, I Linda and Sally, sang "Oh, My Father." Survivors include his widow, brothers and sisters, Williams H., Enoch; Arnold, Calif.; George W. Brigham City; Mrs. May Jensen and Mrs. Ida Ehnlgler, both of Salt Lake City. |
