Show NEW OFFICERS of the Cedar City BPW Club installed recently are, left to right: Mrs. Gene Lamoreaux, Mrs. Catherine New Officers Installed by Cedar BPW Club! At a beautifully appointed breakfast, the Cedar City Business Busi-ness and Professional Women's Club installed its new officers for 1964-65. An arbor of roses, peonies, and mock orange gave their beauty and fragrance to the occasion. President Ada Carpenter welcomed wel-comed 29 members and guests. Mrs. Fredia Withrow was in charge of arrangements and she introduced Mrs. Lillian Lunt as installing officer. The ceremony of installation was impressive for the following officers: Miss Karla Hulet, president; Mrs. Catherine Crlchton, vice president; presi-dent; Mrs. Jean Lamoreaux, recording re-cording secretary; Mrs. Anne Edwards, Ed-wards, corresponding secretary, and Mrs. Elizabeth O'Brien, treasurer. trea-surer. A delightful musical program Crichton, Miss Carla Hulet, president; Mrs. Elizabeth O'Brien, Mrs. Ada Carpenter Carpen-ter and Mrs. Ann Edwards. was given by Miss Helen Pace I who sang "Song of Love" and Mr. Bert Carpenter who sang 'Trees", "Beyond the Rec . and I "Mother Nature's Lullal;y". Mrs. Beth Leigh was the accompanist. Mrs. Gwen Beal outgoing trea-i surer, provided copies of her an-'port an-'port for each member. |
