Show LEGAL NOTICE Petition No. 91-1C Amended Please be advised that the Bountiful Planning Commission will hold a public hearing TUESDAY, April 16, 1991 at 7:00 PM or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, in the Planning Conference Room, Bountiful City Hall, 790 So. 100 E., Bountiful, Utah. The purpose of this hearing will be to determine the interest in and ascertain the advisability of approving or disapproving disap-proving a Conditional Use Permit for the following land use: Permission to construct an Automotive Repair and Automotive Service Center at 2885 So. Main. Building will be single story with approximately approx-imately 6,550 sq. ft. of floor space. This property is the vacant va-cant parcel located adjacent to and north of Dan Eastman Jeep Eagle car business, and is owned own-ed by George Koroulis. A Conditional Use is a land use that can be made acceptable in a particular par-ticular area if the developer will comply com-ply with specific conditions that are outlined in the Zoning Ordinance to assure compatibility with surrounding land uses. The public is invited to attend and voice opinion either for or against this proposal. If you cannot attend, feel free to voice opinion in writing or by agent or attorney. If you know of any affected property owner who failed to receive a copy of this notice, please advise them of this meeting.
