The court having examined the ex parte verified motion of plaintiff Beneficial Development Company, a Utah corporation, for an order directing service of the summons and complaint on unknown defendants John Does I through 100, in the above entitled quiet title action by publication of the summons in a newspaper of general circulation cir-culation most likely to give actual notice to such defendants, and good cause appearing. IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT: 1. The summons and complaint be served on unknown defendants John Does 1 through 100 by publication in the Davis County Clipper, published in Farmington, Utah, a newspaper of general gen-eral circulation hereby designated as most likely to give actual notice to the defendants. 2. Publication shall be made at least once per week for four (4) successive weeks. 3. Service by mailing a copy of the summons and complaint to such unknown defendants shall be dispensed with since plaintiff cannot, with reasonable diligence, ascertain the place or places where such defendants, whose names and addresses are unknown to plaintiff, would property receive matter transmitted through the mail. 4.
