Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder on the 12th day of April, 1991, at 9:00 am., at the front entrance of the County Courmouse at Farmington, Farm-ington, Utah, in the County of Davis by KAY M. LEWIS, Trustee, and WEST ONE BANK as Beneficiary, under the Deed of Trust made by PACKER AND FIELD INVESTMENTS, INC., as Trustor, and recorded August 12, 1986, as Entry No. 978421 in Book 1496 at Page 1346 of the official records of Salt Lake County, Utah, given to secure an indebtedness in favor of said beneficiary by reason of certain obligations obliga-tions secured thereby. Notice of Default was recorded October Oc-tober 5, 1990, in Book 1 120678 at Page 1587 as Entry No. 2297 of said official records. Trustee will sell at public auction to the highest bidder in cash, payable in lawful money of the United States at the tune of sale, without warranty as to title, possession or encumbrances, the following described property: A part of Lots 5 and 6, Block 2, CROPSEY'S THIRD ADDITION, AD-DITION, Harrisville City, Weber County, Utah: beginning beginn-ing at the Southeast comer of said Lot 6, and running thence North 39 degrees 09'45" West 150.00 feet along the West line of Harrisville Road; thence South 53 degrees 5215" West 10.65 feet to the East line of Wall Avenue; thence South 0 degrees 58' West 144.29 feet along said East line to the South line of said Lot 6; thence North 72 degrees 03'39" East 111.16 feet along the South line of said Lot 6 to the point of beginning. ALSO: A part of Lots 7, 8 and 9, Block 2, CROPSEY'S THIRD ADDITION and a part of the vacated alley abutting thereon: beginning at the Southeast Comer of said Lot 8 and running thence two courses along the West line of Harrisville Har-risville Road as follows: North 24 dtgrees 54'45" West 113.62 leet, and North 39 degrees 09'45" West 88.00 feet to ti. 3 Northeast comer of said Lot 7; thence South 72 degrees 03'39" West 111.16 feet along the North line of said Lot 7 to the East line of Wall Avenue; thence South 0 degrees 58 West 136.74 feet along said East line to the South line of said lot 9; thence South 89 degrees 5445" East 211.50 feet to the point of beginning, for the pur,ose of paying oblieations secured by said Deed of Trust, including in-cluding fees, charges and expenses of Trustee, advances, if any, under the terms of said Deed of Trust, interest thereon, and the unpaid principal of the note secured by said Deed of Trust with interest thereon as in said contract and by law provided.
