Show Book No. 782, Page Nos. 36-, and the Record Survey Map filed as Entry No. 539292, Book No. 782, Page No. 35, on July 26, 1979. Together with an equal and undivided ownership interest in all "Common Areas and Facilities"; Together with an exclusive reservation of right in and to Parking Unit No. 5 in said common area and facility; Together with rights-of-way over and across all those portions por-tions of driveways and parking areas described as common areas. Together with the right of use, in and to all other common areas, as particularly described and limited by the Declaration of Condominium and the By-Laws. By-Laws. Also together with an automatic membership in the Park Place Condominium Association as pertinent to the Unit above which membership is subject to the rights, duties, and assessments of such membership. This Deed is made subject to all current taxes, assessments, easements, and restrictions of record; the taxes for each Unit shall be paid by each owner with the taxes for all common areas to be apportioned on an equal and undivided basis as to each Unit owner. The common area, exclusive of the reservation of a Parking Unit, is subject to adjustment andor shifting in accordance with the Declaration of Con-do Con-do minium and the By-Laws. The benefits and obligations hereunder shall inure to, and be binding upon, the heirs, executors, ex-ecutors, administrators, successors, suc-cessors, and assigns of the respective parties, for the purpose of paying obligations secured by said Deed of Trust, including in-cluding fees, charges and expenses of Trustee, advances, if any, under the terms of said Deed of Trust, interest thereon, and the unpaid principal of the Note secured by said Deed of Trust with interest thereon as in said Note and by law provided. Said obligations include a note for the principal sum of $33,100. A Modification Agreement by and between Gary M. Tsujimoto and Karen Lee Tsujimoto, husband and wife and Deseret Federal Savings and Loan, was executed October 6, 1987, and recorded November 3, 1987, in Book 1202, at Page 621, as Entry No. 806753, in the official records of the County Recorder of Davis County. The beneficial interest under such Deed and the obligations secured thereby are now owned by the Resolution Trust Corporation, Receiver for Deseret Federal Savings and Loan Association.
